By creating a Report based on a query of your properly normalized
tables.

You know, it just seemed like such a big question in such a small subject line,
that it deserved an equally big answer in an equally small space.

John, it was kind of you to reply to the original quesition, but what can you
say to a question like, "How do you set up an invoice?"

It's like, "How do you paint a picture?" Well, do you have paints? brushes?
Do you have any natural talent or will you require step by step instruction?
Do you have an idea of what you want to paint? When the question is so
big, all you can do is follow Steve Martin's advice and "get small"
