I want to set up a macro that when I click on it - it will list the filename
and path. I have set up several other macros today - so I am familiar with
setting up macros in general - but I can't figure out how to do this.

You already have this available. :-)

In your Tools/Customize dialog box on the Commands tab locate the
AutoText category. Then locate "Filename and path" on the right.
Drag/drop the command to any toolbar.

Unless something is very unusual, you want to use the filename field. It is
in the AutoText that comes with Word or you can insert it with Insert >
Field.
