how do you send out a pre-scripted email to each contact individu

I need to send out a pre-scripted e-mail to everyone in my adress book
individualy without the having to open it as an attachment, and possibly have
outlook send it out for me on a regular basis. Is this possible or do i need
another program besides outlook? Thanks for any input.
 
You can use the mail merge feature with your contacts as the source database.
Or, Export contacts to Excel, and use Word to merge to Outlook.
