HOW DO YOU SEND ANONYMOUS OR ON CC UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENTS EMAILS?

MANY TIMES I GET EMAILS AND EITHER THERE IS NO SENDER NAME AND ON THE CC
PORTION IT SAYS UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENT?

HOW DO YOU DO THAT IF I WANTED TO SEND AN EMAIL TO SOMEONE AND MAYBE FORWARD
IT TO OTHER PEOPLE AND NOT LET THE RECIPIENT SEE THE NAMES OF THE ADDITIONAL
PEOPLE I AM SENDING THE EMAIL TO?
