How do you save an embedded animated gif file?

In Eudora you right click and send it to the browser. In outlook a
right click offers the chance to save a picture, but the only save
option is a .bmp file. Yuck.

Clear your IE cache and see if you can save as other formats.

See Brian Tilman's message for solution. Your suggested works with IE
but not Outlook.
