How do you resize all boxes in an org chart vs. doing it one by on

I have figured out how to individually resize the boxes in an org chart in
PowerPoint 2003 by turning off the AutoFormat feature, but how do you resize
all of them?

If I resize the top box on the org chart, and then try to add subordinates,
it reverts to making them the original default size, not the new size that I
created. Can this be corrected to automatically make new boxes in the size
the user specifies?

What if you select the entire chart and then click and drag one of the corner
resizing handles. Will that work for you?

Hey Reb -

I gave that a try, but I couldn't get it to work. Thanks for the suggestion
though. This isn't a huge deal, it is just kind of frustrating to add a
subordinate and then go and resize the box every time.

After you resize the org chart, but before you go to add more boxes, turn
Autolayout (not Autoformat) back on. That seems to work here -- it makes any
additional shapes I insert the same size as my resized shapes.
