Andy by the way, once you
download SP1, only way to remove it is to do system
restore. My computer
geeks tell me to avoid doing restore because it has
such a negative impact on
other things deep within programs so refused to do
that. (i'm sure others
will disagree with this)
I spend over 68 minutes on phone with outlook tech
support where they had to
take control of my laptop to create new user
profile in outlook. that did
fix problems.
Also, FYI- notifications i've been getting lately
don't take me
anywhere....oh guess what, since i've installed
SP1. Obviously this is an
explorer setting......any ideas how to fix this
problem?????

settings - most users would get very upset if that happened.
B.t.w. why do you "need" to do a complete reinstall?
