How do you put default text

I am scheduleling appointments in outlook. Is there a way to include default
text when you make an appointment? The same way you would put a signature in
outlook email.
 
You could add the text to your meeting request form and save it as an Outlook
Template file (.OFT) -- this file can be opened from your hard drive at any
time and when completed, can be sent as a regular meeting request.

Another option is to use Word as your e-mail editor and use AutoText to
insert frequently-used text into your message body.
