how do you paste just specific info and not the hidden info?

i am trying to just copy over the final totals associated with each employee
but when i paste it i gives me all the hidden cells.
 
Macro - Have a look in vba help for SPECIALCELLS
Formula - copy>touch f5 key goto special>visible
 
Try F5>Special>Visible cells only>OK

Copy those selected.
