How do you open all pages in a new window?

Without having to right click the link and choose Open In New Window?

Which browser? If it's IE, then hold the Shift key while clicking.
If it's Mozilla or Firefox, hold the Crl key while clicking and
you'll get a new tab (more versatile than a new window).
