If the web site has FrontPAge extensions, use File->Open Web, type in
the URL in the format http://www.example.com, login with UserId and
Password.
When the web opens, you can use File->Publish web to publish to a folder
on your hard drive.

If the web site does not have FrontPage extensions, use an FTP client
(WS FTP, CuteFTP etc.) to download the site to a folder on your hard
disc, the use File->Open Web in FrontPage to open that folder.

In FrontPage, NEVER use Import to get a complete website - some of the
site will almost always be left behind.
