How do you modify the options for priorities in Outlook?

MS Outlook currently has only 3 options in terms of priorities under tasks
(low, normal and high). Is there any way in which these can be modified in
order to have more meaningful (and more than 3) priority categories? Thanks.

No, they can't be modified. There's nothing to prevent you, though, from adding your own custom numeric field to a task view so you can type in a numbered priority level.
