I want to print individual labels on my deskjet printer that can be inserted
in the plastic tabs on hanging pendaflex folders. How do I get a template to
do that and the stiff paper with perforations that tear to the right size?
Thanks

Try Avery. If they don't have them, you'll have to create your own label
template from the label wizard and cut them out with scissors or paper
trimmer

Although the folders come with tab inserts, they're mainly designed for
handwriting or typewriter typing. I created my own template for them and
print them on index card and trim them to size.
