How do you make grid line on a report to print

I am trying to make a very simple form/report for field forms in access I
need the report to show the grid lines to make it easy to read. Any
suggestions? I am not computer literate be gentle.

When building a report, there is a 'line' tool there that you can use to
draw lines. Just add vertical and horizontal lines to your report's detail
section as needed. One line above and below the detail record and a
vertical line between each control on the report.

You could also set the "Border Style" to solid for each of your fields
(controls) on the report. This will cause each field to be outlined. Just
make them the proper size so that each one touches the one next to it, and
it will appear to be gridlined.
