How do you link Check Boxes?

I am creating a form that has 3 specific sections to it.

I would like to link check boxes so that when one is checked the other will
be unchecked.

Can anyone give me step by step insturctions?

If you use option buttons instead put into the same group frame, you can
get what you are looking for in terms of linked behaviour.
