How do you huperlink two powerpoint presentation on the web?

I am trying to hyperlink a line from one powerpoint presentation on the web
to another on the same web . Need your help desperately:

1.The hyperlink only opens the second presentation and not go to the right
page?

2. How do I get it to close without having to navigate in the secondery
presentation

I don't know the answer offhand, but if there is one, it will surely depend on
how you've put the presentation on the web.

Have you uploaded actual PPT files or are you converting them to HTML first?
