how do you hide names & emails from receptors on group messages

When I send massive emails I would like to conceal the email addresses from
addressees, I have noticed on some messages the phrase "undisclosed
recipients".

Can any one help me on this one??

Use the BCC field.
Outlook does not put "Undisclosed recipients" in the To: field.
You can put whatever you want there.
