How do you get rid of the horizontal scroll bar in Word 07?

The new menu system of Word 2007 makes it difficult to find simple functions
like getting rid of the scroll bar. I've looked all over for almost half an
hour but failed to find it. Could someone kindly tell me how to find the
control for this devil?

Office Button > Word Options > Advanced tab
Scroll down to the "Display" section and there is a checkbox for it.
