I have waited on hold for hours having followed the procedure to activate XP. I had previously installed my new XP Home edition on an old computer a week ago - it did not solve the problems with the computer (thought a new clean OS might) and so I purchased a new system. When I try to activate by telephone, as it wont activate automatically, I am given a telephone numer (800 so it is their dime) but have been unable to reach anyone. Cannot find any way to contact support by e-mail to try to change the activation address - the old computer is dead
