how do you get a positive number payment with a mortgage payment .

When entering a formula for a mortgage payment the formula displays a
negative number. How do I get it to display a positive number for the
monthly payment.

Simply put a minus sign in front of the formula:

=-pmt(xx,yy,zz)

=Mac=
