I have one wav. file for each slide in my powerpoint. I just need to know how
to get background music to play throughout the presentation. The music is a
wav. file as well.

Play sound across multiple slides:

In PowerPoint 2002/2003:

Click on the audio image
Select Slide Show > Custom Animation
In the Task Pane click on the audio animation drop down menu. Select Effect.
In the Play Sound dialog box select After in the Stop Playing section. Type
in the number of slide you want the sound to play for.

"Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)"

Please let me know if this works for you.

I need one wav file to play over other wav files that are used for narration
through out the presentation. I need them to play simutaniously.

Thanks,
