How do you enable cookies!?

I am unable to access credit card account and help sites
because they say I don't have cookies enabled. I have
followed all instructions on how to enable cookies, all
to no avail. I am using windows xp pro and ie6.0. Anybody
have any idea what's going on with this?

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, Edit button.
In the space provided type in part of the URL address you
are trying to access (eg paypal.com) and click the Allow
button. Then click OK and then Apply. You should have no
problems after that in signing in.
