how do you edit labels

How frustrating...........nothing new with micro soft I know....
but I just want to print off the same label format but just changing the
address details?
Surely you dont have to do it long hand?? thanks

From the labels tool select the 'new document' option. This will give you a
page full of 'labels' to play with. If you want more than a page full - see
