My daughter has a spresdsheet with year 7- 11, male/female height and weight
and need to find the cumalative frequency for each year male and female to
observe the height and weight.

One way is to use the Histogram tool of Excel's Analysis ToolPak. Arrange
the data in column, and also enter "bin" values (7,8,9,10,11) in a column;
then use the tool.

Other ways include a pivot table or worksheet functions like FREQUENCY or
COUNTIF.

You might also want to examine the relationship between height and age using
an XY(Scatter) chart.
