How do you display mutiple data sets for same item in columnar?

I have data that I need to display by month in columnar form per entity. I am
working with volumes per month per entity. Pivot table works fine to display
on screen, but I need to add it to a query and subsequent report to output
for management.

Example:

item January February March Phase Area
XYZ 400 200 100 Comp TX
 
I have, and that solved part of the issue. I have more data than the
specified three datasets per row to show......

Thank you though! I am getting there, slowly but surely!
