how do you deleat a document out of word 2000

I tryed to deleat a document of a famely book that could not be put
in to word format but can't do it

This is a Microsoft Acess newsgroup, not a Microsoft Word newsgroup.

I doubt anyone will know what a "famely book" is. As far as deleting it,
seems like you would open Windows Explorer, click the document, and then hit
your "delete" key.
