How do you create in FP2003 ebook downloads

Hi, I am using frontpage 2003 to build my website, I have created a page for people to download ebooks, I have tried using the insert instructions, and I have tried to drag the books to the page, I keep getting the following message: could not load C:\documents settings\CPL\local settings\temp internet files\frontpage temp dir\then the name of the file. does anyone have the answer? It would be much appreciated. Regards Shuggie.
