How do you create a drop down list?

Recently, we changed from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Some where in the
change something has moved or is done differently. I am trying to create a
drop down list. I have made a vertical list of what I want in the drop down
box. I just don't seen to be able to find the ability to create the drop down
box and link it to my list.

Please help,
