How does one change text in a scand document that is an image document?????
I have convered it from image to a word but the document comes out like this

OCR (optical character reader) software is what is used to convert an image
into editable text (as you appear to have [sort of] done). Usually some sort
of "lite" software is included with a scanner, but it is not always
satisfactory, and you may need to purchase something better.
