How do you configure/enable the Dvorak configuration?

How can you switch from Dvorak to QWERTY?

On the computers at school, you simply press ctrl+shift
 
This is not a Word issue, however you would first have to enable the
Keyboard types from Windows Control panel > Regional settings before you
could switch between them.
