How do you change the NTFS File Comment property of a file?

If you are in detail view of windows XP on an NTFS partition (maybe other
partions as well) you can select which properties of a file can be
displayed. Examples of this inclued file attributes (such as System or
Hidden) and bitrate for media files. One of theses properties of a file is a
comment field. I am sure I have once edited the comment associated with
file, I just do not remeber how I did it.

Hi TJ,
Right-click the file, choose Properties> Summary. If you don't see the
comment field, click the "Simple" button, or double click in the Values
column next to "Comments." I don't think this field requires NTFS to exist.
