How do you change the default position of a comment?

I would like to change the position of comments added to cells, but the
default positon (about 45 degrees NE of the cell) always takes over any
ideas anyone?
 
You can't change the default popup position of a comment. You can show
the comment, and move it, but that doesn't affect the popup.
 
what you could do is add a text box and then use VB editor to add code.
