How do you change multiple area codes in outlook?

I need to change the area codes of multiple contacts is there away to do this
for all numbers at once?

Hi, i am having troubles of installing this add-in to outlook - Phone
number changer. I need to change the prefix of all my contacts in
outlook.

Please help me on this issue.

I downloaded PhoneChanger source code but dont know how to install it,
