how do you change drive letter

Can you change a drive letter i.e. cd rom E: to another
letter cd rom D: in windows XP. In 98 you could select
properties in the device manager but in XP that option is
not there?
 
control panel
adminstartor tools
computer management
then goto disk tools
 
anyone use the computer management feature in xp. same
thing buddy. just go to computer management and right
click on drive you want to change.
