How do you Change Column heading names

I want to change the Column headings.. ie A, B, etc. Can this be done and how
 
Type m in the top row.
Format m to you liking
then goto Tools/Options/View and remove the checkmark
for Row and Column Headings.

(some users will not appreciate it. :)
