How do you add the salutation(s) Mr. or Ms. to column heading.....

in Contacts view? I am printing envelopes from Outlook via mail merge in
Word and wish to be a little more formal. I see no where to add the
salutations.

Adding Titles (not salutations) to your Contacts view won't help a bit. If
you want Titles to appear on your envelopes then you add that field to your
address layout in the Merge Document in Word. You are asking a Word question
here.
