how do you add a ribbon to blog template?

Anyone know how to add the "Home Tab" to the ribbon when using the "blog
post" template/feature?
 
When you are creating a blog post, you are creating an entirely different
sort of document from the ones you create in "Normal" Word, which requires a
different set of Ribbon tabs. Many of the controls on the Home tab would not
be appropriate. Any command that you feel you must have, however, can be
added to the QAT.
