How do we print custom form as we see it on screen

Use print screen and paste it into paint or word. Then print. There is not
way to print the form.
 
Better to qualify that with "there is no **automatic** way to print the form WYSIWYG." There certainly are ways to do it. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm
