Sorry, didn't catch the CD part.

Depending on your version, either use the burn to CD function in PowerPoint
(2002 or 2003), or burn to a folder on your Hard Drive then use the
computer's CD burning capabilities.

If your in Office 2003 just go to file pack and go and it want's to pack it
on a cd. Or use you cd burning software and use the option that let's you
make a data cd and navigate to your folder and click on burn and there it is
on your cd. If it won't let you burn it because it's a read only file go to
My Documents or whereever you have it stored find the file select it (click
once) right-click and uncheck the Read only check box or go to File-Save as
and save under a different name then burn it to your cd.

Right answer but slightly mistaken feature name:

That'd be "Package for CD"

Pack and Go isn't included in Office 2003, only in older versions of PowerPoint
and doesn't allow you to burn CDs, where Package for CD does.

I knew the feature name was off but I wasn't at home where I have 2003 and
couldn't quite remember the name of it...I knew I was close but...I'll be
glad when the school upgrades of office 2003 next month.

The mental bounce between versions can make a body ... or at least the brain atop it
... weary.
