How do retrieve my contacts list and emails

My old hard drive crashed a few weeks ago and was not able to boot up. I
have installed a new hard drive with XP and can see the files from the old
one.

The question is what files, if any, can I copy from the old drive to the new
one so that when I fire up the Outlook on the new drive I can have all the
old messages as well as the contacts.
