how do or can i sync my contacts to windows mail from pocket pc 20

I have an iPaq 1945 and do not use for email. But it has all my contacts and
calendar.

Windows Media 6.1 has synced my notes and files, but not contacts/calendar.

1. Can I use Windows mail and import? It doesn't let me check this option.
2. I find that Outlook 2002, which I have, is not supported in Vista.
3. What can I do to just sync these items?
4. Both laptop and iPaq have Bluetooth. Can I use this to import to laptop?

Any/all help is greatly appreciated since I fried my desktop the day I was
going to transfer files (even though now I know it wouldn't work).

Not an Outlook question. Determine which synch software you are using and
ask in a group that supports it.

I'm new to the communities and may get lost, so I may have to come back to
you. Thanx for the input though. BTW, it's ActiveSync that came with it and
that I still use. So I'm off to search now. Wish me luck. If you have any
clue, it would be great.

I don't, sorry. I've never used ActivSync. Not sure I ever would.

The ActiveSync newsgroup is
