How do make available design-time controls featch that is listed .

Should this feature be automatically available in Frontpage 2003?

I installed all of the items during my installation. I am very surprised
that it is not available by default.

Has anyone been able to activate these features? How did you resolve this
problem?

Features should be available as long as you have a site open, and your page options configured to
support the specific features. What features are you not seeing?

The DT components are turned off by default in FP 2003
(since they are deprecated)
To turn them on use Tools Page Options Authoring
