G Gord Dibben Apr 23, 2004 #3 Ian Which version of Excel? Prior to 2002 this was not possible. In 2002 and 2003 you would find this feature under View>Header and Footer>Custom. Second button from the right side. Prior to this, you would have to change the logo to a Font or stick the logo in row 1 and Set row 1 to "repeat at top". Gord Dibben Excel MVP
