Yep! It's called InCD - from Nero.
You can also use Drag-To Disk from Roxio Easy Media Creator 7, 7.5, 8.0.
Latest version of both programs would be preferred.

I have used the above. My preferred one right now is Sonic, which
came with my Media Center HP PC.

CDBurnerXP did the job. I have InCD but the DVD choice in the wizard is
greyed out for some resaon.
