For starters, turn off caps lock, since no one appreciates a shouter. Typing in all caps is
considered shouting.
You have posted your question to a group that helps users of Microsoft Access, the database
software. Suggest you find a different group to post your question to. Perhaps the best thing
would be to spend some time in a local book store. I'm sure you'll find several books that can
help with writing various types of letters.
You should not use Access Database to write you letters. You also
should write your question in the body of the message not the subject line.
But most important you need to put your message where someone who knows the
subject will find it.
Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.
It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.
Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
