Can someone show me how to write a macro to automate some scenario/what if
modeling
 
That's a very vague request. There are plenty of "beginner" sites which
will help you get started with VBA in Excel - Google is your friend.

If you have a more specific situation then you might try describing it in a
bit more detail.
