How do I view two presentations at the same time

I am trying to prepare a presentation and would like to be able to view both
my new presentation and another one at the same time. I can change back and
forth using the Window menu - but don't seem to be able to view both
simultaneously.

For example if I have two MSWord documents open I can use the resize box to
view both at the same time side by side. I want to do the same thing in PPT.

If you mean comparing them in edit mode then open both presentations, choose
Window, Arrange All.

If you mean viewing them in slideshow mode you can't do that natively. You
will need an add-in. Have a look here:
