How do I view pictures in outlook

Is there a setting that I can change in OUTLOOK that will automaticly let you
view attached pictures.
 
No, Outlook doesn't show pictures inline when they were inserted as a file
(Insert-> File...). It does this when inserted as picture for HTML messages
(Insert-> Picture...)
