how do I view a second identity's email inbox on Outlook 2000

I am in Outlook 2000 and have added another email account but can't view the
inbox, I know it is recieving emails though as I can see them incoming when I
press send and recieve on the toolbar.

In the email account set up, you need to define a folder for the messages to
go to. Try looking at the email account settings to see if the messages are
being sent to the same folder for both accounts.

??? Did you test the account settings successfully

???If you are using a POP3 account, have you double checked the requirement
for authentication?
