How do I use word wrap in cells?

I am having issues with text wrapping properly in in cells FrontPage 2000.
Ihave the cell width set for 200 pixels, but when I type, the cell expands
horizontally to fit the text.

What can I do to fix this?

If you have cells to the right, they must have content as well. Also the content you place in a cell
must be able to wrap.

Example:

http://www.net-sites.com/sitebuilder/newsgroups.asp this will not wrap as it has no spaces

nnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnnn nn nnnnn nnnnn nnnnn this would wrap
